“Andreas Gursky. Visual Spaces of Today” at Fondazione Mast, Bologna
On the occasion of its 10th anniversary and 100 years of the G.D enterprise, @fondazionemast is hosting the exhibition “Andreas Gursky. Visual Spaces of Today”, the artist's first major anthological exhibition in Italy.
Curated by Urs Stahel together with Germany's Andreas Gursky, the exhibition includes 40 images by the artist that open up new ways of conceiving work, the economy and globalization. His images have become true contemporary icons and have helped establish the status of photography as art and therefore as a collector's item for both museums and private individuals.
